Stir-Fried Tri-Tip with Radicchio and Watercress

I am obsessed with this Stir-Fried Tri-Tip with Radicchio from The Cook & the Butcher . I almost didn’t make it because it sounded so strange. Who uses radicchio in a stir fry?

I’m glad I did it anyway. The bitterness of the radicchio mellows when sautéd with the shallots and butter. (If you’re doing a Whole30 use ghee.) The longer the shallots cook the sweeter they get.

The deliciousness that comes from this combo of ingredients is such a surprise.
