Couch to 5k: Week 1 Day 3

Morning Swimmers

Today was easy-peasy. No foot or hip pain. No struggling to catch my breath. No bad attitude.

I’m not sure why. Maybe it’s because I’m on the third day of the same routine and my body is getting used to it. Maybe it’s because I’ve been off booze, sugar, and grains since for five days. (I’m well aware that running alone isn’t going to be enough to get me back into my favorite jeans, so I’ve taken extra measures to ensure my success. And eating Paleo usually works for me.) Maybe it’s just a fluke.

But who cares, I made it through Week 1. Yahoo!
