Couch to 5k: Week 2 Day 3

Stairs to the Edge

 

I’m late posting, but I did complete Week 2 of the Couch to 5k program today.

It was an uneventful morning–no sleepiness and no physical or mental resistance. I just got out there and got it done. I enjoyed some good tunes and a few extra minutes of stretching at the end.

I left happier than when I arrived. I call that a successful morning.
