I am done with Week 4!
I was surprised that I was able to adjust to the longer run-time with little trouble. Looking ahead to next week, the overall run-time is about the same, but each interval is longer. I think I’ll be able to manage.
Last year when I did the program, I had all kinds of issues–knee pain, sciatica, and foot strain–that ended up delaying my progress. Of course, when I started I hadn’t been doing much exercise of any kind and my body rebelled. I’m really happy that I haven’t had any injuries this time around.
