Couch to 5k: Week 6 Day 1


I was glad to be back to interval training today.

Unfortunately the road around the lake was closed, so I ran back and forth along the front. (Me and about 30 other people who were determined to exercise even if the gates were closed.)

I started off dragging. I could barely put one foot in front of the other. And yet, I got through each interval without stopping or walking. And perked up by the end. So all-in-all, a success.

I’m off to buy new shoes tonight.
