Deep purple color. Rich blackberry fruit. A little earthy. Hint of vanilla. Medium tannins. Long dry finish. Aroma of currant and a touch of cinnamon. This is super delish! We had it with grilled flank steak, roasted asparagus and sautéed kale. Now savoring an after-dinner glass.
I love reliving our vacation when we pull out a bottle of wine. This winery has one of the best views in Paso Robles. Second only to Daou Vineyards. They also make one of my favorite rosés — the 2015 Vin Gris Cuvée.
